The absolutely BEST gym in Christchurch. The staff are encouraging, helpful and knowledgeable. I enjoy the weights but attend the classes - spin, pilates and yoga.

Kia ora, I've been around the gym circuit for years and Body fix is a fantastic gym! I’ve been attending since Mar 25 and already seeing a big change in my energy levels and health. I recently completed my annual GP visit and to my pleasant surprise my renal kidney function test came back much improved since my last test 12 months ago. I put this down to the drinking of lots of water during the exercise routines and the satisfaction of an amazing gym. I feel 10 years younger. Nga mihi nui!

Great gym! Had all the equipment and space for workouts, as well as large class spaces. Clean and good vibes.

Is a great gym with a supportive gym family helping others push themselves. The gym offers a variety of classes, from spin and HITT through to palates and stretching. Having a wide variety of equipment avaliable for use. Is 24hr access. And has a team of personnel trainers you can book with. Definitely 5☆ service, atmosphere and people. Unfortunately rating comes down due to parking difficulties particularly at peak times.

Seriously the best gym around. I was so nervous to join a new gym but BodyFix is like no other! Super warm and friendly staff that are so welcoming and accommodating as well as the other gym members! I cant express how safe I feel compared to previous experiences I've had at other gyms. Id move in if I could! Never knew I needed this place until now. Thanks guys xx

Great place from the minute you step in the gym you are welcomed by smiling faces from both staff and other gym members. They are genuinely interested in what you are up to. They are encouraging friendly and Jess, Moo, Char remember your name. The place is tidy and clean. The classes are always busy they make the gym a fun space and you always feel like you have done the work.

“100% awesome gym with the best motivating and friendliest gym family I could ever ask for in Christchurch. I can't stop and am addicted to every class they have to offer every day of the week. My friends who knows I'm not a gym enthusiast are surprised with my motivation as I attend almost every class and now they are addicted just like me!”

Karen

“I have stayed in lots of cities around the world, and I can honestly say that I have never found better fitness classes or instructors anywhere. At Bodyfix, they really walk the talk, inspiring everyone to do and be more. The new premises are amazing and full of the very best in gym equipment but the biggest asset this club has is at its heart: an owner that really cares about people.”

Melanie

“Bodyfix absolutely rocks! The classes are hands down the best I've ever come across - challenging, motivating and fun. Totally love the staff - they genuinely care about each member. I would totally recommend this gym to anyone who likes to work hard when they work out”

How many years in a row have you made a grand New Years Resolution to get “fit, healthy, lose 10kgs, get ripped or drop the baby weight” only to find yourself either paying for a gym membership and never going, or turning up with no real plan, and fluffing around and never really getting where with your workouts?

It is time to make a new goal today and stick with it by building healthy habits. After all, we want to be healthy for the whole year, not just the first few weeks in January. It is time to make fitness part of your lifestyle and create some “me time” to look after yourself this year.
