Would you like to support your posture and flexibility? We run Yoga fix yoga classes three times a week at our Christchurch Gym. These Yoga Classes are included in your membership price along with 35 other classes each week.

WHAT DOES A YOGA FIX CLASS ENTAIL?

In Yoga Fix, the focus in this class is on slowing down our minds by concentrating on our breath as we move through different postures. Yoga Fix is a class everyone should incorporate into their week; not only to stretch out those tired, over-worked muscles but also to relax the body and release the stresses of everyday life. Maintaining joint mobility & flexibility are also essential as we age to ensure we can live a full, healthy & pain-free life – take time out for yourself today & feel better for it tomorrow!
