What is HIIT/Circuit HIIT training & metafittraining?

 a 30-45minute circuit class that combines resistance and bodyweight exercises to target and develop strength, power, agility, and cardiovascular efficiency. It is a style of HIIT and is designed to boost your fitness, rocket your energy levels & get massive results in the shortest amount of time possible. This high-intensity workout including a series of body-weight exercises within trial style training, designed to keep your body burning calories long after your training session is complete. It uses body weight resistance so there is no equipment required. It uses your own body weight as resistance rather than equipment. It is suitable for people of all fitness levels. All moves can be catered for those just starting out to those who are regular exercisers.
