High-Intensity Interval Training Christchurch - MetaPWR / HIIT Fix 

Are you looking for a HIIT Training (High-Intensity Interval Training) class at a Christchurch Gym?

We have a couple of different types of HIIT workouts here at body fix. Metafit (which you can find out more about here and runs at 5:45 on a Thursday Evening), and MetaPWR/HIIT.

We run an alternate MetaPWR/HIIT sessions a few times a week.

  • Thursday: 6:00 am
  • Saturday: 8:15am
  • Monday:12:10 pm

What is MetaPWR/HIIT training?

MetaPWR (MetaPower) is a 30-45minute circuit class that combines resistance and bodyweight exercises to target and develop strength, power, agility, and cardiovascular efficiency. We are the only studio offering MetaPWR in Christchurch with trained MetaPWR instructors.
