High-Intensity Interval Training Christchurch  / HIIT Fix

We have a couple of different types of HIIT workouts here at body fix to mix things up and get your body some variety.

We run an alternate HIIT/Circuit sessions a few times a week.

  • Thursday: 6:00 am
  • Saturday: 8:15am
  • Monday:12:10 pm
  • Thursday:12:10 pm, 5:45pm
