Are you looking for a group fitness class for over 60s in Christchurch? This Use it OR Lose it class has been designed with you in mind.

Use It or Lose It – Over 65’s Group Fitness Class Christchurch Timetable:

This class will keep you in shape and be tailored to your mobility level

  • Increased fitness
  • Improved cognition
  • It’s fun, energising and social

This class is for you if:

  • You want a slower paced class
  • You have conditions such as arthritis, CHD, High BP etc
  • You want to work out with others to stay motivated
  • You want to come as a non-member (pay just $8)


I enjoy the fun and challenge of the brain training and the overall emphasis on health, wrapped up in helpful leadership, so you need to join us! – Emily

I can’t believe I actually enjoy going to the gym!!
This is a positive, inclusive class that manages to cover many different aspects of exercise. I would have been one of the most resistant class members however I can already see the benefits of the class. I can actually put on trousers – standing up and not having to sit down!! – Jenny
