What is HIIT/Circuit HIIT training & metafittraining?

A 45-60 minute class that combines functional training with equipment to target and develop strength, power, agility, and cardiovascular efficiency. HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training and is designed to boost your fitness, rocket your energy levels & use multiple muscles groups within the session to get massive results in the shortest amount of time possible. This high-intensity workout style is designed to keep your body burning calories long after your training session is complete. It is suitable for people of all fitness levels. All moves can be catered for those just starting out to those who are regular exercisers.

What is HIIT/Core training?

HIIT/Core takes the above description but has more emphasis on body weight resistance. Less focus on equipment and more focus on your core. Your core is made up of your abdominal and back muscles and is used in your every day movements. Strengthening them makes every day activities not only safer but easier. This is important when you are bending, twisting lifting and moving.
