Life & Classes ♥️

As we look to start a new year we take some time to think about moving these bodies, how we move them, why we move them. Someone did ask other day what’s the point.

Sitting on the couch drinking gin sounded like a far better option 😂 🙈🤷‍♀️

But hey good question – What is the point of exercising?

Where should we start………..

* Living longer for our kids & grandkids,
* Improving our brain health
* Reducing the risk of disease
* Strengthening our bones and muscles
* Improving our ability to do everyday activities
* Preventing weight gain, type 2 diabetes
* Preventing heart disease, and high blood pressure
*Improving our overall quality of life

We are all on this journey with you and because of this we share a very important belief that taking care of our bodies is important and living a life that allows us to be fitter, healthier and happier oh and throw in some longevity, and all of the above.

Our methods may change over time, we may debate which path is better, or worse, we might try a hundred different diets but the core belief still remains.

Similar to success, fitness is a journey, not a destination.
Success is striving to make the necessary changes in our lives, the persistence toward reaching our goals, not the specific number of kilos we lose, or muscle we gain.

Fitness is not a destination; it’s a journey, and it’s a process.
To think that we will arrive at a state of fitness perfection one day and stay there without continuing on our journey, is an absolute dream but a very unrealistic dream.

The journey can be a really lonely one at times, but we are here as a Team, as a Club to help each and every one of you on your journey.

We encourage you all to make yourselves a promise that you will always make your physical and mental health a priority.

Moving our bodies is about so much more than exercise. It is the catalyst for positive changes, and it affects every aspect of our lives.
