Metafit is a type of High-Intensity Interval Training class that is suitable for people of all fitness levels. It's is no dance class! All moves can be catered from those just starting out to those who are regular exercisers.

What is a metafit workout?
It is a style of HIIT and is designed to boost your fitness, rocket your energy levels & get massive results in the shortest amount of time possible. This high-intensity workout including a series of body-weight exercises within trial style training, designed to keep your body burning calories long after your training session is complete. It uses body weight resistance so there is no equipment required
It gets results because it can:
- Creates a Metabolic Disturbance.
- Increases your Resting Metabolic Rate.
- Increases Fat Burning.
It is a class that can be modified for anyone with injuries, any age & a class that will allow you to use the body as it should be used.
