Metafit in Christchurch
This is a class for all levels. It's is no dance class! All moves can be catered from those just starting out to those who are regular exercisers. It is a high intensity workout including a series of body-weight exercises with in trial style training, designed to keep your body burning calories long after your training session is complete.
